17.00 - 17.45 Integrated Group Age 9+ Inclusive approach to contemporary dance skills and creativity - meet up with others, have fun dancing, work together and share ideas

18.00 - 19.00 Adult contemporary dance Age 16+ Warm up and get moving, contemporary dance skills,   collaborative creative work (exploring ideas through movement).


17.00 - 17.45 Advanced contemporary dance skills Age 12+ Developing core contemporary dance skills and   exploring potential for movement within a restricted space.

17.45 - 18.30 Creative dance work Age 12+ - improvisation, developing and sharing ideas through                    movement, choreography, creative preparation for digital dance piece.

All classes are £5, special offer: weekly pass for more than one class £9

One-to-one Dance Interaction online sessions for people of all ages and abilities:

one-to-one creative dance sessions focusing on connection, communication, interaction and self expression through movement). These sessions are ideal for those who are feeling isolated, anxious, depressed, disconnected, or maybe lack confidence to join a group session but would love to use movement and imagination to express themselves and connect with others.

Suitable for people of all ages and abilities, including those with learning or physical disability. No experience of dance needed at all. Sessions are tailored to the interests and needs of the individual. If you are interested for yourself or for someone in your care please contact Debi for more information about the practise and / or cost. Dance Interaction can be offered free of charge as a social prescription service for emotional and physical issues via the Health Service (through Doctor's referral to a Social Prescribing Link Worker).
